Everyone has a different take on New Year’s resolutions. You’ve got your cynics who refuse to admit that self-betterment might be beneficial to them.
You’ve got your pessimists who proclaim that everyone will fail at their resolutions anyway, so what’s the point in making one at all. Their counterpart is, of course, the hopeful optimist who continues to make the same resolution every year that they gave up on the year before.
Belonging to the very small minority is the person who actually manages to make a realistic resolution and balances that with a sustainable level of motivation that allows them to accomplish their goal by the year’s end.
No matter your opinion on New Year’s resolutions in general, I think we can all at least agree that THESE are the best resolutions anyone could possibly make.
